Intelligent Mail barcode 也被稱為 USPS OneCode 或者 USPS 4-State Customer Barcode (4CB, or USPS4CB)。

Intelligent Mail barcode 是由65個(gè)條狀組成的4個(gè)狀態(tài)的條形碼。 Intelligent Mail barcode 或者 OneCode 將郵編與跟蹤信息編碼在一起， 這樣既方便了郵寄方， 也方便了郵局。

Intelligent Mail barcode 或者 OneCode 將取代 POSTNET 和 PLANET 條形碼。商業(yè)用戶使用 Intelligent Mail barcode 或者 OneCode 將有權(quán)利或者 USPS 自動(dòng)郵寄折扣。

 

Intelligent Mail barcode 或者 OneCode 可以把多達(dá)31位的郵寄信息編碼成為 tracker, ascender, descender 和 full bar。

Intelligent Mail barcode 或者 OneCode 一共有5類數(shù)據(jù): 條碼號(hào)碼, 服務(wù)類型號(hào)碼, 郵件號(hào)碼, 序列號(hào)和郵編。

 

1. 條碼號(hào)碼有兩個(gè)數(shù)字，其中第二位數(shù)字只能取值 0 到 4之間。 條碼號(hào)碼是由 USPS分配的。

2. 服務(wù)類型號(hào)碼是由 USPS 分配的一個(gè)三位數(shù)字。

3. 郵件號(hào)碼也是由 USPS分配的。郵件號(hào)碼要么是6位數(shù)字， 要么是9位數(shù)字。

4. 序列號(hào)是由郵寄方自行分配的號(hào)碼用于跟蹤?quán)]件。 序列號(hào)加郵件號(hào)碼只能一共15位數(shù)字。

5. 郵編可以是 0, 5, 9 或者 11 位數(shù)字。

 

使用 Barcodesoft Intelligent Mail barcode 字體來打印郵件條碼是一個(gè)聰明而且簡單的方案。郵寄方可以使用微軟的Office®來打印Intelligent Mail 條碼 或者 OneCode 條碼。

Intelligent Mail Barcode 或者 OneCode 需要很多計(jì)算。

所以用戶需要使用 Barcodesoft Encoder 來幫你編碼。

 

在 Encoder 里面輸入郵編信息之后，條碼立刻出現(xiàn). 點(diǎn)擊 Copy To Clipboard 按鈕。

切換到 Word 之后再按 Ctrl+V 來復(fù)制. 你將立刻得到 Intelligent Mail 條碼。

 

 

 

如何在電子表格里面打印 Intelligent Mail 條碼 (OneCode)

所以你需要我們的公式來幫助你進(jìn)行編碼。

然后對(duì)輸出的字符串使用 BcsIM 字體. 你就可以得到 intelligent mail 條碼。

 

 

1. 打開 Excel 并且創(chuàng)建一個(gè)新電子表格. 然后按 ALT+F11 打開Visual Basic。

 

2. 然后點(diǎn)擊菜單Tools ==> References, 點(diǎn) Browse 按鈕并且從 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Barcodesoft\FontUtils\ 文件夾選擇 cruflbcs.dll， 然后再點(diǎn) Open。

 

3. 按 Ctrl + M, 系統(tǒng)將彈出一個(gè)對(duì)話框。 去到以下文件夾 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Barcodesoft\FontUtils\ 中, 然后選擇 Barcodesoft.bas, 再點(diǎn) Open。

關(guān)閉 Visual Basic 窗口回到你的電子表格中。

在 A1格里面輸入需要編碼的信息, 然后再 B1格里面輸入如下Macro =intelligentmail(a1)

然后再使用 BcsIM 字體，你將立刻得到 intelligent mail 條形碼。

 

 

如何在Access數(shù)據(jù)庫中打印 Intelligent Mail 條碼 或者 OneCode

 

 

Intelligent Mail barcode 后者 OneCode 需要計(jì)算校驗(yàn)碼。

所以用戶需要使用我們的宏來對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行編碼。

然后對(duì)輸出的字符串使用 BcsIM 字體。你就可以得到 intelligent mail 條碼。
